Hagia Sophia 2
The Hagia Sophia displays a mixture of Muslim and Christian imagery and decor. The interior was originally covered with extensive mosaics, which were plastered over during its conversion to a mosque to comply with the Islamic ban on representative imagery. A few of the original mosaics have survived the a millenium and a half to today.
